An article for you guys to consider.  As always, these little articles can be applied to any aspect in life.  Sometimes the coach in my head is nut-balls!  How many of you work on that inner coach/voice?

Monday’s WOD:


DHSS: 5x3reps  This is a variation of the snatch lift.  You will go very, very light to work on technique.



Pull Ups (remember, you can accumulate a lot of reps in tabata, so be smart if you are newer or returning from an absence, etc.)

Row  (I want to see all out efforts for these :20sec rounds and then light rowing during the :10sec, no stopping)

Suitcase Hold with KB  (as heavy as good form will allow)

Side Plank  (do four rounds in a row, then switch to other side)
