Conditioning:

5 Rounds  (Rx+: 7 Rounds)

Box Jumps 15  (24inch, 20inch)

Toes to Bar 10

Deadlift 5  (wt:100kg, 85kg)  regular grip

*as always, scale the weight as needed.
