Rest Day.
Make up a workout, work on a skill or just sip some cool water with your feet up.
Please take a moment and read this from the CrossFit Games website Spirit of the games.  These stories remind me that sport and fitness is so much more than just getting sweaty, fitting in your favorite jeans, or looking good at the beach.  It can be a real lesson on commiting and finishing something you have set out to do giving your very best effort.  These athletes were so much fun and inspiring to watch.
