As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:

5 pull-ups

10 push ups

15 squats

I know you have all heard me say drink plenty of water.  It dawned on me today that I am much more likely to do something if I understand the why behind doing the activity.  Maybe I never got past two years old, who knows.  On the off chance you also are more apt to drink your water if you understand why, I am going to explain.  Please know this is a very basic explanation and there is so much more to all this, but for our purposes let’s just cover the basics.  Also, I am focusing on post exercise water.  So the soreness you feel after exercises is now thought to be from the breakdown of the muscle fibers themselves.  Don’t be afraid, this breakdown is how you get stronger.  So one of the fibers that is broken down is myoglobin and the kidneys have great difficulty clearing it from the bloodstream so to drink more water helps those poor kidneys dilute this myoglobin and clear you out!  You need to do this before you get sore, so drink during the workout and go home and drink more water.  How much?  Until your urine is a pale, pale yellow.   Let’s do this, people!
