shoulder press, 30x  (m:75lbs, w:55lbs)
 
As always, scale the weight or reps to your ability. 
 
 

Goals are a personal matter.  Sometimes I believe we get focused on goals that are more about others than about us.  Without a true internal connection and desire to achieve our goal, there is no way we will reach them.  Some of us love seeing increased weights and decreasing times or being faster than others.  Some of us just want to feel fitter in our day to day life.  And still some just want to have the camaraderie that comes with the group classes.   Remember your goals are your goals.  Stay true to what you really want and push yourself a little outside of your comfort zone with each goal.
