5 Rounds For Time
 
Power Snatch, 3x  (95lbs:m, 65lbs:w)
Overhead Squat, 15x  (same)
400m Run
 
Couldn’t pass this one up from the main site. 
 
In an effort to more concious of the flu season, we will have hand sanitizer for when you get there and leave.  We will make an extra effort to clean the bars off after each class and, as always, if you leave some DNA behind please inform us immediately.  Also, if you are sick, please stay home and recover.  This is good for you and good for the rest of your CrossFit SL family.
