This one is a little article on keeping your chin up.  Sometimes just thinking positively is not quite enough, sometimes we must play little games with ourselves to keep going.  After my shoulder surgery, I would write on the PR board anything I did after surgery, even if I had done it a million times prior to surgery.  I would rejoice as if I had never done it before every time I wrote on the board.  This kept me going with a lot of enthusiasm and positivity.  It was a silly little game, but it worked!   Find what works for you.

Monday’s WOD:

Strength:

Back Squat:  Heavy triple for the day.  Then drop to 80% and 60% for AMRAPs.

Conditioning:

30 Plate Burpees

30 Plate Sit Ups
