Monday’s WOD:

Skill:

Dips:  EMOM 1-10 dips, no kipping for 5 mins

Conditioning:

4 Rounds

12 Box Jumps

10 DB Push Press (you choose)

8 DB Burpees  (same as above)

*I would like to see you choose a challenging weight for the DB, not a weight where you can fly.
