KB Shoulder Press 5×5 both at the same time and as heavy as you can safely.

Conditioning:

Tabata Trunk

Single Leg Deadlift with Barbell (light)

Farmer’s Holds with DBs or KBs

Hollow Rocks

Barbell Stationary Lunges (same weight as single leg deadlifts)
