Today, during my lifting meet, I was noticing the pure insanity that was my inner voice. So I thought I would post a link to an article about mental skills. I think these skills could be for anything in life, not just sport.
Pause Front Squat: 5×2 @70-80% of best front squat. Pause right below parallel for two seconds on both squats. Only go as heavy as your form will allow, same weight for all sets.
4 Rounds of 2min on/1min off
25 Wall Balls
50 Double Unders
*You have 2 min to complete one round of above. One minute of rest. If you are unable to do double unders well, do a lower number or less attempts. Have fun!
