Monday’s WOD:

Strength:

Bent Over Row: 3RM, drop to 80% for AMRAP

Conditioning:

4 Rounds For Time

16 DB Step Ups (20/16in) *you choose the weight.

15 sec L Sit On Rings or Parallets

*Use a box that allows you to do the step ups perfectly.  If you don’t do them correctly, they won’t work the proper musculature.
