Pushing yourself to the limit.  There is a time and place for this.  The interval workouts and the benchmark WODS are usually built for this type of pushing yourself to the limits.   Other WODs are built for consistency and quality.  Pushing yourself to failure in this type of WOD would not be appropriate.  How many of you have pushed to failure, muscular or anaerobically?
