Monday’s WOD:

Strength:

Snatch Deadlift: 5x3reps heavy weight, perfect form

Conditioning:

5 Rounds

12 Pistols

8 Russian KB Swings (70/53lbs)

4 Muscle Ups (Modification is 8 Dips)

*If you can do one muscle up, please reduce reps down and do the WOD with muscle ups.
