Can any of you relate to this article?

Please pardon the situation in the bathroom, we are redoing the flooring, etc. , so it will look a little “work in progress” for the next for days.  Also, we are all done with our rearrangement of the gym!  Basics will now be held where the new little rig is set up.  This will make more room for the 5:30pm regular CrossFit class.

Monday’s WOD:

Strength: 20mins

Thrusters:  4x10reps increase each round.  Your goal is to 1. go unbroken every single round 2. go heavier than you would for Fran.  3.  Go heavy every single round, please do not start at 25kg if you know darn well that your goal is 50kg for the last set.  Do 35/40/45/50.  Work hard!  Rest as needed between rounds.
