Monday’s WOD:

Strength:

Tris and Bis:  4×12 of each

Conditioning:

4 Rounds 1:30 on/1:30 rest

Thrusters (wt:43kg/30kg) Rx: 12reps  Rx+: 15 reps

Pull Ups  Rx: 12 reps  Rx+: 15reps

*The goal is to finish in 1:30min every single round with maximal effort.  If the reps are too high or low for you, adjust as needed to make sure you finish while gasping for LIFE!
