This title is a little dramatic, but there are some good tips in here.   One of the things I am working on right now to keep myself healthier, is putting my phone on airplane mode.  This is tough because I have a lot of responsibilities, some of which cannot wait.   But they can usually wait 25mins, which is the time I set for the phone to be on airplane mode.  Then I take it off, check if anything is pressing, take a little break, then put it back in airplane mode.  The reason I started this was due to the overwhelming mental stress I was feeling if I didn’t get everything done in a day.  It was hard to get everything done when my super fun phone would chime and ding and alert every five seconds with cool, exciting stuff.   Try it, let me know what you think.
