Tomorrow is Memorial Day.  A time for remembrance and honoring those that have lost their lives serving their country.  We will be running a shortened schedule.  8am 9am and 12pm.  We also have Basics starting at 7am.

Monday’s WOD:  Time cap of 50 mins.


1 Mile Run

100 Pull Ups

200 Push Ups

300 Squats

1 Mile Run

*Scale the reps and distance as needed.  You may partition the reps as you like, but the run must come at the beginning and end of the workout.

I’m so bummed everyone will be Murphing W/o me. I recommend 20 rounds of Cindy – it’s the simplest. Yay for Murph and deepest appreciation to all who have sacrificed for our great nation!!!
