Wednesday’s WOD:
Strength:
Floor Press: Heavy 3, drop to 80% for an AMRAP.  Use the rig and have spotters.
Conditioning:
4 Rounds
5-10 C2B Pull Ups
5-10 Pikes or HSPUs
30-50 Double Unders
**There are a lot of options in this workout.  I want you to be doing as many unbroken sets and as fast as possible, so choose the number of reps that is appropriate for you.
