Recipe by Sweet Cheeks!!!

Meat.Ball.
 Meatballs!
1 lb ground beef
1 lb uncooked sausage (I used chicken sausages)
1/2 c onion, finely chopped
1/4 c almond flour
1 egg
1 tblsp italian seasoning
1 tblsp basil
1 tblsp garlic, minced
4-5 large tomatoes, diced
Mix all ingredients except tomatoes in a large bowl. Shape into golf ball sized meatballs. Place in crockpot that has been lightly brushed with olive oil to prevent sticking. Pour tomatoes over meatballs. Cook on low for 6 hours (or high for 4).

Skill: Kipping Pull Ups
Team WOD:
Teams of three will complete the following:
30 there/back trips of One Arm Overhead Walking Lunge (you pick that weight that is safe for your shoulders)
While one team member is doing the walking lunge the other two team members are doing Ring Rows and Kettlebell Swings
All team members must be working at the same time.  The score is the total time to complete the lunges.   Break up the walking lunges however you see fit.  Switch arms when you turn around on walking lunge.
