Front Squat

3-3-3-3-3 increasing each round

Then:

3 Rounds

7 DB Snatch Right Arm

7 Box Jump (Rx:24,20 Rx+:30, 24)

7 DB Snatch Left Arm

7 Box Jump

*No Rx weight for the snatches but make sure you are working hard.  These are full squat snatches.  To make the 30 inches, add plates.
