Hang Clean find your best.  If your form is not ready or you are newer to this movement, please do 5x2reps.

Conditioning:

Teammate 1 holds an L-Hold on the bar while teammate 2 does a 70 foot suitcase carry.  Complete 10 rounds total.  When you turn around with the suitcase carry, put the bar down and turn yourself around as to avoid taking out your friends in class.  The weight is negotiable, my recommendation would be 60kg/45kg.

*You may scale the suitcase carry to KB or DBs as needed.
