Looking to improve sports performance? Help your kids learn to love fitness and stay active this summer? This week long camp will cover proper warm ups, pre-hab for common muscle and joint issues, basic strength training, jumping mechanics, conditioning and more. The kids will learn from professionals with years of experience.
Instruction and camp design:
My name is Nikko DeGrano and I have been with CrossFit San Leandro for 8 months as a level 1 CrossFit Trainer and as a personal trainer. I am also a certified Athletic Trainer and work with rehab and body mechanics. I have been an assistant baseball coach at St. Joseph Notre Dame High School for the past 2 years and worked with strength and conditioning at the high school for the past 4 years. In 2015 and 2016 I was in charge of SJND’s Summer Discovery strength program for incoming high school students, where I was able to instruct proper body mechanics as well as familiarize students to programming.
