chunky guacamole!
 Jicamole
What you will need:
1/4 to 1/4 a jicama-diced
3-5 very ripe avocados-pitted and cubed
1 small tomatoes-diced
1/4 of an onion- diced
salt
cilantro-chopped
chili powder
1/2 a jalapeno-diced
lime juice
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and mash with fork. Serve on plantain chips (from Trader joes) or on whatever you like!
Wednesday’s WOD:
Skill: Turkish Get Ups 10 reps total each side.
Then:

50 Double Unders
15 Pull Ups
