It’s time for a little friendly competition! We are going to have our own Open. If you’ve never participated in a CrossFit Games Open, here is the gist: We form teams, we do WODs posted by CrossFit Games, we win points for our teams by doing the WODs, team spirit, etc. One team takes home the glory, we all have a great time staying fit and pushing ourselves. For the Iso Games Open, teams gain a point for each team member who completes and posts in Beyond the Whiteboard for our normally programmed daily WODs.   Your “score” or ability to Rx is completely irrelevant, just get the work done.  We might just have surprise bonus points available throughout the Iso Games Open, who knows.  The Open will last until we can settle this face to face!  Our final battle will be a workout, games, scavenger hunts, etc.   Potentially we can combine it with our Thank You Joanie party.  She DOES NOT get extra points, though.  Let’s see which team is going to take home the W!

Be on the lookout for a text from your team captain.  I have already broken the entire gym into teams.  If you have no interest, just let them know and they won’t bombard you with info.

Iso Games Open starts tomorrow, March 23.  LET’S DO THIS!

I assume this is one CF Open WOD per week. If so count me in.

I’ve never done it, but will give it a shot.

I would like to join. I haven’t participated in a open/team before.
