Inflammation is the body’s natural response to stress, injury or infection.  This is completely healthy and normal well that is until it’s not.  Prolonged inflammation caused by a self sabotaging lifestyle (boozing it up, eating fast food, sugar, processed/packaged frankenfood, avoiding recovery days, ignoring injuries etc) is very bad for the body and it affects many of your systems such as the cardiovascular & musculoskeletal system, gastrointestinal function and hormonal imbalances.  It is ESSENTIAL to be sure you are AHEAD of the chronic inflammation game.  If you don’t it will FIGHT you and when it wins it won’t be pretty or nice.

•Cabbage
•Onions
•Broccoli
•Spinach
•Peppers
•Arugula
•Swiss Chard
