Wednesday’s WOD:


Rope Climbs: Work on the technique if you are able to hold yourself up.  Work on holding yourself up and doing 5sets of 3 pull to stand if you aren’t able.  Rx+: EMOMx 5 do 1-3 Rope Climbs.  Pick a number and stick with it for all 5 rounds.


5 Rounds

1 Min AMRAP then 1 Min “Rest”

8 Russian Kettlebell Swings (70lbs/53lbs)

8 Box Jumps (24in/20in)

**Your rest is a one minute PLANK.  Score is total number of reps for all five rounds.

*Scale weight as needed.
