• Holiday Party Update

    We finalized the menu for the Holiday Party.  There is a new Chef there who makes his own sauces, marinades, etc.  Here is the menu:

    Salads:

    Spinach Salad

    Baby Field Greens

    Entrees:

    Chicken Marsala

    Tri-Tip (freshly carved)

    Sides:

    Garlic Mashed Potatoes

    Penne Pasta Salad

    Broccoli Salad

    Italian Pasta Salad

    Roasted Vegetables

    Dinner Rolls

    Beverages: 

    Coffee/Tea

    Dessert:

    AND a Jen Tan original design!  Flavor:  Vanilla Butter cake Madagascar Vanilla Bean Buttercream  Fresh Strawberry Compote

    There will be a cash bar.  They do take CC, but she said it sometimes has spotty connections.

    Tomorrow is the last day to register.  The final payment, which is directly affected by the head count is due, so there will be no late sign ups.  Please get registered!  We will have a blast.
