We are doing a max effort pull ups and the workout “Helen” tomorrow. YAY! For the first time, we are not allowing any bands for the workouts. In fact, we will not allow bands for the next seven weeks. This isn’t to be mean or punish you, we truly believe it will make a big difference in your strength and pull up ability. We will utilize three different modifications: toe nail pull ups, low bar pull ups, and ring rows. Please listen to your coach, have an open mind, and enjoy the process.
