Turkish Get Ups: Go light and have perfect form. 10-15x on each side.
15 Kettlebell Swings (53lbs/35lbs)
1-2 Rope Climb or 5 Towel Ring Rows (1 or 2 depending on your skill level)
*Bring a towel if you know you will be doing ring rows. Scale the KB weight as needed. You must be able to easily climb to the top of the rope to do the rope climbs in the WOD. If you are still struggling with this, practice them during the skill training portion of class and then do the rows for the workout. You are hanging 12 feet off the ground, just keep that in mind.
