Strength:

Bent Over Row: 3x5reps as heavy as you can with good form

Conditioning:

AMRAP 15min

5-10 HSPU/Pike Push Ups

10 Ring Rows

10 Thrusters

*Do the number of HSPU or Pikes that are appropriate for your current level.  If you are doing HSPUs with mats as a modification, only do 5 Reps.
