Sunday’s WOD:

Teams of Two:  4 Rounds

Suitcase Carry 100 feet  (50kg/35kg)

Walking Lunges with Med Ball

4o V-Ups

Side Plank

**While one teammate does the suitcase carry, the other is doing walking lunges along side them.  If either needs to rest, they must switch places.  And you must stay TOGETHER.  Once the team reaches the other side of the room (that’s 100ft), one teammate starts on the v-ups and the other does side plank.  Again, if someone needs to rest, switch places.
