Hope you all had a wonderful weekend.  We will be adding another rowing class on Wed. April 30th and the following week.  Please register for those early as space is very limited.  Reminder that Yoga is on Tuesday nights at 6:30pm.  Please reserve your spot.  Also, we have a dance/exercise class this Saturday, April 26th at noon.  Please sign up online, it’s called Hip Hop Hustle.  Lastly, for the parents, please remember we have the CF kids on Tuesday at 4:30pm All ages are on this day for now.  Kids Yoga is on Wednesdays at 4:30pm.  And Spanish is on Thursdays at 5:30pm.  You do not have to be a member of CFSL to have your kids attend these classes.
