It’s a new week! Let’s make it great. Tomorrow we will have a full schedule. Keep in mind that 9am on holidays are usually well attended.

AND, starting Feb. 24th Olympic Weightlifting will be added at 6:30pm on Mondays. It will be the same workout as Wednesday and Thursday, so please only sign up for one class a week.
Strength/Skill: Alternate the following 5 sets of each
Good mornings: 5x at a moderate weight for you. Your form must be perfect.
Med Ball Sit Ups: 10x you choose the weight
20 DB Power Snatch (you choose the weight, should be heavy)
15 Box Jumps (24in/20in)
*Please warm up to the DB weight and use a weight that is difficult to do 10 in a row. You do not need to alternate, you may do all ten on the right and then all ten on the left.
