Congratulations to our lifters today!  They all did great.  PRs all around for Kaylie, PJ, and Jesseca.  Kaylie qualified for Youth Nationals, PJ qualified for Masters Everything, and Jesseca qualified for University Nationals.  Show them some love!

Monday’s WOD:

Strength:

Back Squat 5×5@~75-80%.  The should be very challenging.

Conditioning:

3 Rounds

2min to complete/1min of rest

30 Air Squats

15 Burpees

*Make it in under 2 mins.  If you are not able to, reduce the reps.  You should be giving an all out effort.
