Strength:

5 Deadlift EMOM x 6 Rounds:  choose a weight that is heavy for you.  Approx.70-75% of your best.

Conditioning:

4 Rounds

10 Push Press (wt: 50kg/35kg)

20 Back Squat (wt: 50kg/35kg)

*Scale the weight and reps as needed.
