Hope you all had a wonderful weekend.  We are working on changing a few classes.  Please look on the table where the white computer is for a little survey.   Fill it out so we can make sure the changes will be helpful.

*Be mindful of that leg fatigue, focus on what you are doing.  Have fun!  Scale the reps as needed.
