Monday’s WOD:

Strength:

DB Power Snatch:  5 sets of 3 reps each arm at the heaviest weight you can SAFELY lift.  Do NOT drop the DBs!  Increase to the weight you will use for the 5 sets.

Conditioning:

5 Rounds

10 Deadlift (80kg/55kg)

10 Squat Jumps

20 Mountain Climbers

*Scale the weight as needed.

CASH OUT:  8 x 10-20sec hollow holds.
