Monday’s WOD:


Snatch Work very light working on technique 10 sets of 2-3reps.


Teams of Two:

80 One Arm DB Thrusters/Suitcase Hold

40 Overhead Squats (wt is same as suitcase hold)/Plank Hold

20 Toes To Bar/Handstand or Pike Hold

10 Shuttle Runs/Hollow Hold

*While one teammate is working, the other is doing the hold listed next to the exercise.  If one rests, they both rest and switch places.   If someone doesn’t run, they do bike sprints or row sprints x 20 sec.
