Conditioning:

30 Squat Jump

Then Immediately: AMRAP 8 min

3-6-9-and so on by 3 of

Goblet Squats  (70/53lbs *may use DBs if out of KBs)

Toes to Bar

*scale the weight as needed and modify the toes to bar as needed.
