Pistols: 20 each side, break up as you like.

Conditioning:

Teams of Two Complete the Following

80 One Arm KB Thrusters (53/35lbs)

Suitcase Holds (50kg/35kg)

800m Run Together After All Thrusters Complete

While one person is doing the thrusters, the other is doing suitcase hold.  You must both work at the same time.  No reps count if one teammate is resting.

**To make it harder, use the fat bar.
