Friday’s WOD:

Strength:

Bench Press: 1 Abmat 5×5 @ ~75-80%.

Conditioning:

4 Rounds:  2 min to complete each round/ rest 1 minute between rounds

30/50 Double Unders

12 DB Push Jerk  (you choose)

100ft Farmer’s Carry

*Choose the number of double unders that is appropriate for your level.  If unable to do double unders,  count DU attempts.  Each round you must accumulate 25 attempts.  Legitimate attempts!  The weight for the PJ and FC is the same.  100 feet is the one length of the turf.
