Skill:

Split Jerk:  up to a heavy single.  Not a PR, just heavy.  Your goal is great form at a heavier weight.

Conditioning:

5 Rounds

5-10 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

5 Squat Cleans (Wt: 50kg/35kg  Rx+: 70kg/50kg)

*Use a weight that is appropriate for you and choose the number of chest to bar that is appropriate for you skill level.
