Friday’s WOD:


Weighted Push Ups and Strict Pull Ups: 5×5 of each, alternating.  To make the pull ups harder, do chest to bar or weighted.

Conditioning:  4 Rounds

AMRAP 2 min/1min off

15 RKB Swings  (53lbs/35lbs)

12 Box Jumps (24in/20in)

*Goal is two Rounds per two mins.  Scale as needed.
