Next week several of your coaches decided to go on vacation all at the same time!  What will you do without us?  Because of this, there will be a few cancellations: Monday’s oly class at 6:30pm and Thursday nights 7pm class.  Everything else will be the same.

Also, we are having rowing class on May 7th at 6:30pm and 7:00pm.  If you would like to attend, please sign up via your mindbody account.  We are hoping to make this a weekly thing.

How is everyone liking all the new stuff happening around here?  The food truck, yoga, rowing, the kids program, etc?

Friday’s WOD:

Skill/Strength:  5 rounds alternating

Weighted Dips  5  (moderate weight)

Band Rows 10  (heavy band where you are almost failing on the 10th rep)

Conditioning:

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

Overhead Squats

Burpees over Bar

*If you have had difficulty with overhead squats, please go light and work on technique.
