20 Wall Running

14 One Arm KB Squats (you choose)

12 Seated  Band Rows

*Modify the wall running to mountain climbers as needed.

Back to Marcus’ class on Saturday, hanging out with my dad that is flying in from Mexico tomorrow night. Eat something yummy with him and the fam on Saturday. 🙂
