We will begin a rotating schedule of non-CrossFit type classes. Our goal is to have a different class every week. You will need to sign up for these online. The nice thing is for most of these, you do not need to be a member to attend, so you can show your friends where you spend your time getting in shape. Our first class will be Hip Hop Hustle with Camilla H. on Saturday, April 26th at noon. Here is a description of the class:
Hip Hop Hustle is a cardiovascular workout that burns a ton of calories. The choreography and music is always fresh and modern and all fitness levels can do it. Do you have to be a dancer to enjoy it? Absolutely not! New layers will be taught as the class progresses as a whole. You’ll have fun, learn great choreography, and sweat!
If y’all want to see some moves, come see me get down in this class. On our list of classes are: Rowing for technique, efficiency, and rowing dominance, Qigong, and another style of dance. Please tell me the classes you would be interested in. (Yoga is first on our priority list and we are looking to have someone weekly for this.)
Hang Power Snatch: very light, learning to be fast and exact. 5×3. You will alternate these with 5×5 lat pull downs.
