Manual Resisted Pull Ups: 5×1 plus 1 strict pull up (partner pulls you down and then you do one strict pull up if you are able to)
Conditioning:
5 Rounds
10 Toes to Bar
10 Bent Over Rows (Rx:45/30kg. Rx+:60/45kg)
200m Run
*Scale the weight as needed.

I <3 strength for several reasons. One of which is there is no clock. YEA!
