Monday’s WOD:

Strength:  15mins only on this.

Bulgarian Split Squat: 3×5 on each leg.  Wt: ~30-40% of 1RM Back Squat.  Front rack for these.

Conditioning:

“Big Red’s”

7 Rounds

5 Hang Power Cleans (wt: 61kg/43kg Rx+: 70kg/50kg)

12 Wall Balls (20lbs/14lbs)

36 Double Unders

**Scale the weight and rounds as needed.  60 singles for those that don’t do double under YET.
