Want to take your deadlift to the next level?  Want to impress your friends at the gym with your amazing good morning range?  Or maybe you would like to simply be able to sit on the floor comfortably or reach your socks/shoes.  Here are some simple hamstring stretches you can do anywhere.  This is something for you to do every single day if you know your hamstrings are made for someone 3’11” and you are 6’0″.   These are simple and can make a big difference in your daily life as well as your performance in sports or WODs.   Lead with your chest when your foot is up on something to make sure stays flat.

Keep knee straight and pull until you feel a stretch. Hold for 30-45s repeat 3x.

Find something that you can put your foot up on with knee straight. Hold same time.

At your desk, you can put your foot up on a trash can or box and lean forward with your chest so your back stays straight and knee stays straight. Hold same.
