6 hard boiled eggs
1-2 avocados (depending on size)
1/4cup chopped tomatoes
small amount of fresh cilantro
What to do:
1. Boil your eggs.
2. Set them aside to cool.
3. Slice them in half and remove yolks and put into separate bowl
4. In bowl with yolks, add in avocado, chopped tomatoes, cilantro, salt and pepper. Mash until smooth with fork.
5. Stuff each egg half and enjoy!
Strength: Deadlift with bands and 50% of 1RM 10×3 *use a light band and focus on being explosive/fast
